Our Open Positions

The Events Manager is responsible for coordinating and supervising assigned group & catering business after it is booked by the Catering Sales/Sales Manager, and through completion of the event or function while maintaining profitable operations and high-quality products and service levels. They are expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high. The Events Manager is also responsible for acting as a liaison between client and operating departments to ensure a successful event and to generate repeat business.  The Events Manager will assist the Group Services department by overseeing events by being visible on the floor and assisting staff as needed during events according to the volume of group business. 

The F&B Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the F&B outlet’s operations while maintaining a profitable F&B outlet and high-quality products and service levels. They are expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

The Guest Activities Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all Guest Activities operations, maintaining high-quality products and service levels maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment for guests and staff.  They are expected to market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high and will establish policies and procedures, to ensure optimal customer service programs are in place. This position requires a hands-on,  adaptable leader who demonstrates a continuous pattern of learning, has the proven ability to take on new diverse challenges, and seeks opportunities for the company’s development and revenue growth.
